- Call of Duty 2 Multiplayer will not work. The game will only show the first splash screen , that screen that contains the COD Logo , and then a "Call of Duty 2 Multiplayer is not responding" Dialog Box will appear asking you to choose to Close the Program

Solution:

   - I've googled this problem for long times , and most of the forums were to say that the solution to such a problem was to set the recording quality from your Control panel to DVD Quality ( 480000KBits ) from the sound settings. 

    Well , This didn't work for me and I've found that the problem could be solved in a much easier way . Just plug in a "Microphone" before starting the game and it will work find. Note that ; this problem happened to me only in the Multiplayer Mode. Have fun playing and Hope I've helped .
